Kenneth Feinberg to Disclose His Compensation

ADVERTISEMENTS
Kenneth Feinberg has announced that he intends to disclose how much he is being paid by BP to administer its $20 billion compensation fund.  The announcement appears to be in response to various questions concerning Mr. Feinberg's previous unwillingness to discuss the financial arrangements.  Professor Byron Stier's original post about the issue is here, and his update is here.  (We also discussed the issue in this post.  Forbes covers the issue on its blog here.)
