You know, you'd think a guy with a track record like David Vitter would learn to shut his mouth when it comes to insulting women. Apparently not. In a radio interview where the hosts were talking about wanting to see a picture of him from his early days in the Senate, someone brought up the recent publishing of Rachel Maddow's yearbook picture on a website.
