Any Ann Arbor Readers Out There?

For any readers in Ann Arbor, Michigan or the surrounding area, I'm going to be speaking at a Constitution Day event there on September 17. The subject is The Constitution and the National Surveillance State and I'll be on a panel with my friend Dan Ray, who teaches constitutional law at Cooley Law School. We'll each be speaking on various aspects of the subject and some ongoing cases, then taking questions from the audience.

The talk is at the new Ann Arbor campus of Cooley Law School, which -- rather ironically -- is the former campus of the Ave Maria School of Law. A PDF of the flyer for the talk is below the fold and has all the information. Hope to see some of you there.
