This week on Hull on Estates, Ian Hull and Suzana Popovic-Montag discuss a recent decision of Justice Brown. The case is known as Re Pearsall.
The case, which developed out of one exception to the rules, is about jurisdiction. In particular, it has clarified where you can commence an application in the context of estate proceedings.
