Attorneys Steven Levin and Margaret Battersby filed a lawsuit against an allegedly negligent nursing home. The case describes that the nursing home failed to prevent nursing home falls and the Plaintiff had sustained hip fractures and other injuries from falls at the nursing home. The lawsuit describes that the resident was known to be at risk for falls but the nursing home did not adequately care and monitor the nursing home resident, thus resulting in over 14 falls. The elder?s injuries have lead to deteriorations in her physical and mental state and caused her to undergo surgeries.
