BoardBuzz is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2010 National School Boards Association Annual Conference. The 2010 Conference will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago, April 10-12. The 3-day conference will feature hundreds of high-quality sessions and workshops to help develop leadership skills, as well as numerous networking events to help board members share best practices and discover proven solutions to take back to their communities. Two of the General Session speakers have been announced: Emmy-winning broadcast journalist Charlie Rose will address the attendees on Saturday, April 10, and the Sunday, April 11 General Session will feature Grammy-winning jazz musician and arts education advocate, Wynton Marsalis, who will combine his talk with a special musical performance. Check the Conference website at www.nsba.org/conference for more details on speakers and sessions, and for registration information.
