New Illinois Benefit Rates Effective January 15, 2009

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has released the new weekly compensation rates for the period from January 15, 2009 through July 14, 2009, which may be viewed and printed here. The new Statewide Average Weekly Wage is $923.56, an increase of $11.00.

The new maximum PPD rate for the period July 1, 2008 through through June 30, 2009 is $643.82.
