another perspective on Harlow

As noted in the post concerning the grant of relief in Harlow, the Wyoming Public Defender got roughed up quite a bit in the opinion. From Woman in Black, a PD in Wyoming, a close up view: If anyone cares enough to look up anything about the Harlow case, one will see that the decision bashes (big time) on the Wyo. PD program. A lot occurred behind the scenes in that case, which I have had the dubious pleasure of hearing about in some detail over the years, though the trial just slightly predated my working with our office. As it happens, though, I know every lawyer-type person involved, to some degree, except the trial judge.
