Says the only Black Circuit Judge in Hillsborough County's history has stolen from her. 48 year old Christy Yamanaka has accused Tampa Circuit Court Judge Thomas Stringer of helping her hide the proceeds of her profession. The woman claims she and the married Judge had a relationship.
