Paulson to Bail Out Hedge Funds?

The bailout keeps getting better:In a separate interview on Bloomberg television, Paulson refused to rule out the possibility that some of the $700 billion program could be used to shore up giant hedge funds, largely unregulated pools of investments, or insurance companies. But he said that he was focused now on dealing with the problems at banks.Most people do not know what hedge funds are.  This is for good reason.  Most people are not fabulously rich.  Not knowing what a hedge fund is, is like not knowing what a finishing school is.  It's not even in the vocabulary of most Americans.
