This, picked from a list-serve, really made me laugh today:Just a thought ... maybe the Department of "Justice" should be renamed the "Office of Prosecutorial Services"... Justice is beyond the comprehension of most career prosecutors.That way whenever you see an AUSA you just go OOPS! But just think of the Department of Prosecutorial Excesses Services, or DOPES. What do you expect? The Supreme Court didn't come through with Booker/Fanfan today and I'm frustrated.
