In Palm Beach, judges ranked poorly by the Palm Beach County Bar Association are sometimes picked on. But in Broward County, taking on an incumbent has long been seen as taboo... Out of the 90 (Broward) judges, there are 9 Hispanics and three blacks on the bench.
