Looks like the Chief Judge of our Tenth Circuit has resigned to accept the presidency of Oklahoma City University. Judge Robert Henry's resignation letter was submitted to President Obama yesterday, effective June 30th.Judge Henry always made oral argument more challenging and entertaining, and he will be missed for that.Judge Briscoe is next in line for Chief Judge.
