The Judge Berry Fallout: Where are the sanctions?

That is what well-respected defense attorney Jack Strickland has asked. As I have posted here, two local defense attorneys, Glynis McGinty and Lesa Pamplin issued a news release calling for Judge Berry's immediate resignation as well as for the court reporter, Judy Miller's immediate termination. That hasn't sat too well with Jack Strickland. Strickland resigned last week from the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association because he felt the association should have taken a stand against the behavior of McGinty and Pamplin. Strickland apparently sent a letter to the association resigning in which he said McGinty and Pamplin should be either santioned or expelled.
