Edward Davis, Former Chief Judge of the Southern District of Florida, and one of the very best Judges and human beings we have ever practiced before has passed away. David O Markus who clerked for Judge Davis has more words of remembrance on his blog, and they are very fitting. So we'll leave the eulogies to Mr. Markus who hit it right on the head when he wrote that Judge Davis was a Man's Man. He was also a Judge's Judge. Kind. Compassionate. Wise. A great sense of humor.
