App. P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Richard A. Luce, Judge. VILLANTI, Judge. Danny K. Deck appeals the summary denial of his postconviction motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, in which he raised thirteen grounds for relief. We affirm the postconviction court’s summary denial of grounds four, five, six, eight, twelve, and thirteen without comment.
