She is married to Broward Circuit Court Judge Dale Cohen...In July, The Florida Bar admonished Levey and directed her to pay $1,250 in administrative costs after she had displayed a photograph of her husband in his judicial robes on her law firm Web site. The Bar, in a report of minor misconduct, said the photo gave the ?distinct impression that the judge was a part of the firm or that the respondent?s firm had some particular connection with the judiciary.?
