Casey Anthony Case Headed to Grand Jury

According to sources close to the investigation, the Florida State Attorney's Office is planning on presenting its case against Casey Anthony to a grand jury on October 14. If that happens, it will then be up to the grand jury to determine if there is enough evidence to charge Anthony in the murder of his missing 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. Meanwhile, investigators have released footage from surveillance cameras, which show Casey Anthony using stolen checks at several Orlando area stores, where she purchased groceries, clothing and lingerie. The footage also shows Anthony cashing a check at a Bank of America. ID has obtained copies of newly released documents, which contain a complete list of the items Anthony purchased.
