The title links to the NY Times  article stating  that the majority of mortgage fraud cases brought by the Justice Department have been in South Florida. On behalf of all the defense attorneys in Miami, let us be the first to say to the DOJ: "THANK YOU."  The holidays are right around the corner, and our 401K has been wrecked by the market.  Gas is still over $3.00 a gallon, and that ski chalet in Vail is still expensive, although the price is down from last year. Thank you, thank you,   thank you. And keep going guys. There's plenty more where those cases came from.  The Lord was successful recently in a civil matter.
