Washington has arguably the best Lemon Law in the nation. Staff in the Attorney General?s Seattle office celebrated the program's 21st anniversary today with a citrus-themed social featuring lemon tarts, lemonade and a contest to create the best lemon car. In honor of the occasion, we?ve posted a couple of photos and reprinted our parody of Rodgers and Hammerstein?s ?Surrey with the Fringe on the Top,? which first appeared on this blog a year ago.
