The Chamber knows when to fold 'em. As the Chamber's President Thomas Donahue puts it: "If people want to try and repeal [the health care reform legislation], let them. We're not going to spend any capital on that." On this score, the Chamber is at odds with the Republican Party, which is claiming that it will begin its repeal efforts before the ink is dry on President Obama's signature.
