ADVERTISEMENTS
The NY Review of Books has a very interesting article on this perhaps paradoxical endeavor, including a review of documents in the lawsuit against the Warhol Foundation. The dispute raises questions at the heart of Warhol's endeavor to separate art from authenticity. (There's also a cute piece on David Hockney's use of the iPhone to create and share new art, but despite the promise in the print edition I can't find it up on the website yet.)Full post as published by 43(B)log on September 30, 2009 (boomark / email).
