And Teresa and her husband have, according to this article, filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case.

There is a suggestion in the article about the bankruptcy that some of the information in the bankruptcy schedules may not be entirely accurate, especially in relation to the average amount spent on clothing.

We will see, I suspect, how this drama unwinds, and I hope Teresa has the best fortune in the world in her bankruptcy case.

However, if you don't accurately list items, you may be in for very deep kimchee in a bankruptcy, and you may become desperate indeed.

If, however, things don't go well, the only good news will be that the idea of "an incredibly easy bankruptcy", whether by phone, or telepathy, or telegraph, may be set aside in the mind of the public.
