Graphs About Bankruptcy Statistics. You Like Graphs? We Got Graphs! The American Bankruptcy Institute Delivers!

By Joseph McDaniel, Esq.

ADVERTISEMENTS
I recently pointed out some graphs that showed the increases in mortgage foreclosures in Arizona, and everyplace else, over a period of years, with nifty features that permit you to compare and contrast the levels in a particular state to foreclosures in the United States.

Here's a graph from the American Bankruptcy Institute that shows similar graphing for bankruptcy data.

It's quarterly, but that's going to be close enough for government work.

When you click on the link to the bankruptcy graph, it should show you numbers for Arizona, which is my primary area of interest, because I'm an Arizona Bankruptcy Lawyer.

In particular, you'll see the numbers moving up across Arizona Bankruptcy until you get to the Bankruptcy Gold Rush of '05, followed by the Great Bankruptcy Drought of '06.

It was during The Great Bankruptcy Drought of '06 that Arizona Bankruptcy Trustees developed the newer Deep Mining Techniques for Chapter 7 cases in Arizona, making it particularly important to list all your stuff.

And it's always been important to list all your debts!

But it's far more important since the BARF Act of 2005.
