Bankruptcy is Not a Failure. It's a Fresh Start!

Today, of course, the same thing is true.

On the other hand, many of the folks I talk to can't yet agree, because they haven't gone through the grieving process for their plans that just didn't work out.

The good news is, well, there isn't any.

But if there were, it would be that eventually most people get past their grieving, and are able to appreciate the relative, conditional, freedom that bankruptcy represents.

And they sometimes appreciate it more when they understand what a pain in the neck the process itself has become, after the 2005 Bankruptcy Amendments!
