This video, aside from further confirming my utter fear of how easy it is for anyone with a badge to retaliate against anyone they please, makes me ill because I wonder just how many of the millions in US jails and prisons don't belong there because of dishonest cops like this...
The drug plant part is after the disgusting bit where the compliant suspect is dragged out of his car by a canine unit. Watch for where the officer gets the hand signal for a plant, reaches into his own top pocket, pulls out the drug plant, and grins at the camera while he "pulls" the plant out after barely reaching into the suspects pocket... (after the guy was searched 6 times already).

Now, sure, the video wasn't shot in Seattle... but accusations of drug plants aren't new to the Seattle Police Department either.

...and yes, I know they would do something like this to me in a heartbeat... Do you still think there isn't a desperate need for better police accountability systems everywhere?
