SCOTUSblog provides today?s cert grants. The ones we care about are:
- MetLife v. Glenn: Dealing with the standard of review in ERISA cases where the administrator has a conflict of interest. See our coverage here.
- Altria Group v. Good. A cigarette case. The companies claim that federal law protects them from a deceptive practices claim. See our coverage here.
