: North Carolina Appellate BlogO'Connor-By-Designation Cases
By Sean E. Andrussier
ADVERTISEMENTS
This past week and a half the Fourth Circuit has begun issuing decisions in cases in which Retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor sat by designation on the panel--cases argued the week of March 18. Today was the fourth such case issued (this one an unpublished FELA case). Only one has been published. There's no indication that she authored any of these opinions so far (two were pur curiams; the other two were written by other judges).Full post as published by North Carolina Appellate Blog on April 23, 2008 (boomark / email).
