Judge Weinstein?s opinion

By S. COTUS

ADVERTISEMENTS

It has come to my attention that some members of the bar have commented on Judge Weinstein?s opinion in US v. Polizzi (the one where he cared what the jurors thought about the sentence of someone that had child pr0n).

In my mind, the crimes of the defendant are dwarfed by the evil perpetrated by the lawyers (most of whom worked for the government) that commented on the case without reading the opinion. These people are neither lawyers nor American. Commenting on the opinion without reading it has injured America in a way that she may never recover from.   I feel violated.

Once again, if you commented on this case, without reading his opinion, and rebutting each of his arguments then you are worse than Hitler.  There is no place for your kind in the bar or in the USA.

US v. Polizzi.
