Law students looking for a last minute summer program might consider the program run by Texas Tech, Southwestern and New Mexico in the beautiful, old colonial city of Guanajuato, Mexico.  Here is a link to the program:

Guanajuato might not be how you picture Mexico in the summer.  It is nestled in the mountains and thus cooler.  This year's program has a heavy emphasis on business law, including courses on Mexican business law, international business transactions, and NAFTA.
