Just a reminder that next Wednesday, we'll roll out the next installment of Conglomerate Book Club. This time we're reviewing The Law Market, Erin O'Hara and Larry Ribstein's new and terrifically interesting book on regulatory competition and choice of law rules. As earlier announced, Joel Trachtman of The Fletcher School, Paul Stephan of UVA, and yours truly will offer up our reviews, and Larry and Erin will respond. We hope you will feel free to jump into the discussion as well.
