By Dan Filler
We're very pleased to announce that Kim Krawiec is our newest permanent blogger here at the Faculty Lounge. As many of you know, Kim is a Professor of Law at Duke University. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University and Georgetown Law Center. After practicing at Sullivan & Cromwell, she steadily moved through the legal academy. She got her first teaching gig at Tulsa, then moved to Oregon, North Carolina, and now Duke. She has visited at a flock of great schools, including Harvard, Georgetown, Virginia, Penn, Northwestern, and UCLA. And of course there is the matter of her scholarship. No wonder she feels free to challenge the value of tenure! A list of her publications and presentations is here.
We're thrilled to add such a dynamic new voice to the blog. Welcome Kim!
