ADVERTISEMENTS

As I make my way from the very enjoyable AALS Mid Year Meeting in Long Beach to the Global Administrative Law conference in Viterbo, Italy, I'll point you to the predictable WaPo takedown of legislators who own stock in bailed out financial institutions.  To me, it just shows that thinking about ethics to even a not very strict punctilio often gets removed from the real world quickly, but your mileage may differ.
