Are your boys comfortable?

So we're walking down Withers Brown on our way to Scott Commons when we pass the phone next to the vending machines.  Of course some random dude is talking on it, but this guy had his hand down his pants.  It looked like his hand was inside his underwear and at the very least he was keeping his junk company. 

This raised numerous questions, such as "Who was he talking to?" and "About what?"  The real disturbing part was when we mentioned it to someone and they said they'd heard about that guy.  Gross.  At the very least we need to put some hand sanitizer next to that phone.
