Enduris Files Misappropriation of Trade Secrets Lawsuit

ADVERTISEMENTS
Enduris Extrusions, Inc. filed a lawsuit in Federal District Court in Jacksonville, Florida alleging the misappropriation of its trade secrets by Inteplast Group Limited. The Complaint alleges that Inteplast obtained Enduris's trade secret processes for making Enduris's capped cellular PVC deck board and that it is using those trade secrets to manufacture cellular PVC deckboard for CEVN Corp., a New Jersey company, as well as for sale under Inteplast's own brands. The Complaint seeks an injunction under the Florida Trade Secrets Statute and the Florida Unfair Business Practices Act. To read this interesting article from PRNewswire, please click here.
