Becker nominated - again - to NLRB

The President yesterday nominated Craig Becker to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board. [White House statement]

Becker was previously nominated in 2009.
The Senate did not confirm the nomination.

So the President made a recess appointment, which Becker is now serving.

Now, once again, an official nomination sent to the Senate.
And once again the Senate will not confirm.
