Through the Night

Our pediatrician said that babies being sleepy or running a mild fever after vaccinations wasn't as common as people made it out to be, but here's all I know: Becca fussed for most of the afternoon yesterday, had a small red swelling on one leg for a couple hours, and then SLEPT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE NIGHT. NINE HOURS. I woke up at 5:50 AM with my boobs all big and milk-filled going, hello? Baby? Put my hand on her stomach to make sure she was still breathing. She was just fine. I got seven hours of sleep in a row, which is the most I've had in about four months. Damn.
