Secret Legal Value Demo Video Exposed

I want to interrupt a week of cost control and deflating hourly rates with a Wired GC exclusive.

A formerly encrypted law firm training video has been leaked to the Wired GC. It was allegedly used by a leading AmLaw 200 law firm to prepare for the finals of a major convergence RFP undertaken by an international Fortune 100 conglomerate.

When you see it in a single senior partner formation, it’s something. Just picture the effect when you have the entire seven person engagement team working together. Beyond mere collaboration, it’s a portent of project and process nirvana!

My sources tell me that this closing technique proved to be decisive. So much so that the GC who made the call used a version of this routine when explaining legal department value to his CEO and CFO in the context of a surprise 10% budget overrun.
