Rules Mostly Unchanged

It looks like the new House Rules to be adopted today will be nearly identical to the version posted in late December.

The Rules Committee has the update, with a copy of the updated Rules, and a summary. The most notable transparency related change? Attendance records for committee hearings won't be posted online.

We'll have more in depth analysis of the Rules later today. Expect the Rules package to be adopted late this afternoon.
