ADVERTISEMENTS

The owners in Indiana are deeply concerned about CO2 sequestration on their properties.

The bill establishes procedures for approval by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources of a carbon dioxide transmission pipeline and the use of eminent domain. It also would establish a carbon dioxide transmission pipeline authorization fund.
