Outgoing Governor Schwarzenegger grants commutations and pardons

On his way out of the Governor's office, Arnold Schwarzenegger has made some notable use of his clemency powers.  Press releases here and here provide these basics and links to the Governor's statements on each grant: Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has issued a sentence commutation for Sara Jessimy Kruzan, Esteban Nunez and Alberto Magana Torres. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has granted a pardon to Kenneth Earl Autrey, Rex Black, Stephen Brown, Amnon Charash, Stephen Gaggero, Patrick Lee Harrelson, Robert Donald Harris, John Alexander Maclean and a conditional pardon to Rose Ann Parker.
