Law Professors awarded $2.5 million in suit against West Publishing

The legal community has been increasingly frustrated by the increased cost for West legal titles including those supplementations costing more and more but with less and less content.  Here Nathan Gorenstein reports on a legal action over an update to a treatise on criminal procedure.  West published the update to Pennsylvania Criminal Procedure: Law, Commentary and Forms with the 2 professors? names on  the title page and the professors sued.
