Top 100 Board Candidates for Fresh Perspectives

Surprising or not, according to cfo.com, more than half of public corporations do not have a single minority director and one out of three companies lacks a female director.  In the spirit, of the SEC?s new proxy disclosure rule that requires boards of public companies to disclose whether or not they consider diversity when selecting board candidates, the Agenda, a Financial Times publication, published a directory appropriately entitled The Diversity 100.  This directory lists 100 potential minority and women board candidates with exceptional backgrounds from business and academe.
