Attorney Stewart Valencia is the latest in a long line of attorneys (including prosecutors) to forget to leave his gun in the car.  He just got popped at the metal detector on the third floor courthouse entrance, for allegedly having a 9MM in his briefcase.  Eventually the case will be dropped, but don't expect him to be keeping any of his court dates today.  Attorney Lew Midler is reportedly already on board, so let's hope the whole thing gets straightened out quickly.
