Florida Bar calling - rumor has it Bar investigators have been meeting with witnesses regarding Gardiner & Scheinberg.  The timing is suspect, following reports of major Bar inactivity on this blog, but the witnesses we've heard about aren't the usual suspects, which means the Bar may be zeroing in ..."The Slammer" - this week's mug shot porn tabloid  features Ariella Rubinger, sentenced to sixty days by David Haimes a couple of weeks ago.  She got the max on the only charge she was convicted of, Culpable Negligence.  Her lawyers argued passionately to keep her out, drawing comparisons to Leyritz, who had been sentenced to probation the same week by Marc Gold.  Haimes logically rejected their arguments however, pointing out Leyritz hadn't been convicted of hurting anyone, unlike Rubinger...continue to full post
