Three promoted at Bowman and Brooke's L.A. office

Mark_berry Bowman and Brooke promoted Mark Berry, the managing partner at their Los Angeles office, to vice chair of the firm's executive committee.

They also promoted L.A. attorneys Franklin Hostetler III and Anthony Thomas to managing partner and co-managing partner, respectively.

Franklin_hostetler Berry works on product liability defense, primarily for motor vehicle and component manufacturers.

Hostetler, a former automotive engineer, works largely on defending manufacturers in products liability, warranty and commercialAnthony_thomas litigation.

Thomas, a former U.S. Marine Corps. captain, focuses on products liability defense and general civil litigation, representing physicians and chiropractors in medical malpractice actions, automobile manufacturers in motor vehicle warranty cases, and developers in construction defect cases.
