Patient charged with terroristic threats

Talk about over-charging someone, here we see a classic case. Certainly he should be charged with making the threats, but "terroristic" is absurd, such should be reserved for things pertaiing to the security of the country, not a specific person. A case of a Prosecutor out of control!11-18-2010 Minnesota: A 34-year old patient with the Minnesota Sex Offenders Program at the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center faces two felony counts for allegations he threatened a Department of Human Services employee on two separate occasions in August. Larry Dean Dyslin, Jr., 34, has been charged in Nicollet County District Court with two counts of felony terroristic threats.
