Rangel Found Guilty of Ethics Violations

Wrapping up what may be its fastest trial ever, the House Ethics Committee found that Representative Charles Rangel was guilty of 11 of the 13 charges brought against him. The panel rendered its verdict one day after Rangel walked out of his own hearing because he said he didn't have legal representation.
