"Organic Lab Rat" from Malaysia Now Shilling for Stone Street Capital

By John Darer

ADVERTISEMENTS

It's the year of the rat!  And I've learned that a "professional organic lab rat" from Malaysia that can take pictures and knit is Stone Street Capital's new spokesperson. Say_cheese_organic_lab_rat  According to a post on Blogspot this morning "the professional organic rodent" worked till around seven o'clock this morning and was awakened by a phonecall. You see her pal was both happy and frantic at the same time. Supposedly her friend's daughter's application to a prestigious college had been approved and she didnt expect her college fees to be so high and she's really not prepared for it.

So lo and behold her friend went on to tell "vermina" in Malaysia that she has this structured settlement and asked "vermina" if she can sell it off or not for a lump sum cash (why she would call an "organic lab rat from Malaysia for financial advice is the real question). Purportedly the "organic lab rat" has heard of structured settlements before as her uncle just sold his recently, or so she'd have you believe. She claims that he says if he doesnt do that, he wont get all the money by the time he's dead, lol.

Comments

  1. "Me thinkie" that this Malaysian species of "organic lab rat" used to be a lingerie saleswoman from Ipoh Malaysia, who was turned into a rat for shilling for another factoring entity last year and the subject of my "Thong Sung Blue" post.

Here is a quote from that post when she was known as " Cyber Party Gal" "Cyber Party Gal's disclosure policy. She admits that there may be a conflict of interest as she gets paid to blog. In Cyber Party Gal's disclosure policy she states "the compensation received may influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. That content, advertising space or post may not always be identified as paid or sponsored content".

  2. The blue words "structured settlements" link to Stone Street Capital.

  3. Using paid reviews may get you out of the gate, but it won't be long before legitimacy is questioned once legitimate players in the space discover them. Does Stone Street Capital expect to be taken seriously when their name is associated with an "organic lab rat"?
  4. The lifetime element of structured settlements IS an important feature for certain classes of injured people. One cannot predict when the end will come and in the meantime profoundly injured people need absolute guarantees.
  5. When it comes to structured settlements or settlement planning issues, do not take any financial advice from anyone who is not a licensed insurance professional in your state.
  6. State and federal regulators need to become better aware of the abusive use of paid or sponsored reviews by affiliate marketing companies. Many of the writers such as this Malaysian rodent have no bona fides and are unlicensed, yet seem to enable the sponsors to be able to skirt "truth in advertising" laws. Having the unaccredited educate consumers, through such writing, could cause harm to consumers by stimulating a consumer to act in a way that could be the "hantavirus" to their long term financial security.
