"New Legal Apps Available for Federal Rules and US Code"

ADVERTISEMENTS

This post was written by the library staff: "William & Mary Law School and The Law Pod have partnered to produce apps for the iPhone and Blackberrys that allow lawyers to download versions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the full US Code, and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. They are working on state codes and hope to launch many other apps. Ten percent (10%) of the revenue from all app sales goes to fund scholarships for needy law students."

Note from Nancy - I went to the iTunes store, entered "Fitz Collings" into the search box and got over 125 legal apps from which to choose!!! I only found six of them at the BlackBerry App World site by entering "Law Pod" into the search engine and they ran from $3 - $5. They all appeared to be 99 cents at iTunes (I didn't check all, just a quick scan).
